Jocelyn was incredible to work with. I am a wedding photographer and from the beginning of timeline planning until the day of the wedding she was extremely communicative and organized. She took control of an incredibly large bridal party and family with ease and respect and was non stop from the moment we arrived setting up, to helping staff with removing empty
glasses from the tables up until the end of the night. The bride and groom had everything they wanted and needed throughout the entire day. They even brought a cooler with fresh water for the out door portraits and she was just seamless and incredible throughout the entire process. As a vendor myself she was the best choice of coordinating that the bride and groom could have chosen and I am not only thrilled to have met her, but honored to have worked next to her. I cannot recommend Jocelyn enough as a wedding coordinator! From the moment we started working together, she was an absolute lifesaver, taking charge of every detail and ensuring everything was in perfect order leading up to our big day. I also utilized her rental services, which worked out beautifully. It was so nice to be able to rent and not have to worry about storage or having to sell items after the wedding. The items were top quality, and she seamlessly incorporated them into the overall setup. On the wedding day, Jocelyn brought a couple of her team members, who were incredibly helpful and attentive to both me and my wedding party, making sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.

One of Jocelyn’s standout qualities is her incredible eye for detail. She really took the time to understand my personal style and vision for the day, and she executed it flawlessly. I could tell she genuinely cared about bringing my dream wedding to life. On the morning of the wedding, she made sure my bridal party was comfortable, well-fed, and prepared. Thanks to the detailed timeline she created, we stayed on track all day without feeling rushed or stressed, which is a testament to her careful planning and organizational skills.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I didn’t feel a single moment of stress throughout the entire day. Jocelyn handled everything with such expertise, and her ability to command a crowd and delegate tasks is exactly what you need on your wedding day. She’s to the point and knows how to get things done, which gave me so much confidence that everything was under control.

One of the most thoughtful things she did was ask both my husband and me what we wanted to drink throughout the night. She made sure the bar had extra of our preferred drinks, and even when they ran out of the signature drink, I still received several more of what I wanted. It’s those small, personal touches that made a world of difference and really showed how much she cared.

Jocelyn went above and beyond in every aspect, making the day as stress-free and magical as possible. She absolutely hit it out of the park, and I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding as if it were their own, with unmatched dedication and professionalism, Jocelyn is the one!
